A rebuild – not a refresh

Earlier this year the head of marketing asked us to reposition the company as a modern AI business.

The brief was to preserve credibility with existing clients while creating a contemporary identity that reflected ambition, data leadership and sector expertise.

CONCEPT

Complexity made simple

Understanding data and how it is used to keep the highways and utilities sector moving was critical factor within our design process.

The idea of complexity made simple guided us throughout, helping us shape a modern, approachable identity that feels alive and easy to connect with.

From digital platforms to exhibition spaces, the new identity brings a refreshing warmth and clarity to a traditionally led sector and is already helping to shift the conversation.

Project 01

What we did

We treated the project as a rebuild rather than a refresh. Over six months we deconstructed the old identity and rebuilt the brand from the ground up.

The Challenge

Triopsis’s former identity centred on workforce management and scheduling, which meant its proven AI strengths were hidden from view. As AI gained acceptance and momentum within the highways and utilities sector, the brand needed to evolve to showcase its cutting-edge capability and innovation.

The Solution

We rebuilt the brand from the ground up, repositioning Triopsis as a modern AI software solution provider. A new visual and verbal identity brought sharper focus, supported by a full suite of materials from website and motion to exhibition and launch assets.

The Results

Triopsis.ai launched at Highways UK with a coherent, contemporary brand that reflects its new strategic direction. The new identity transforms how the company is perceived by clients and buyers.
